E-Mail Address and Contact Information Usage

We will not sell or share or disclose your email address directly with any company or party. If you register for one or our webinars, we will require you to affirm or decline your email being added to our list. If you affirm, you will receive an email click through link to re-affirm your subscription. You can OPT OUT of our email communications at any time. Email communications sent through our list have a single click opt out option which will permanently remove your email from our list. Any emails you receive personally from any of our staff do not include an opt out message as they were sent directly to you from one of our staff. To have your email address removed from personal communications from any of our staff, please send an email to info @ gizmofish.com. (To avoid spam, we have not made this as a link nor have we listed the entire address as one word, please type the email address in your email program). You may receive an automated response advising you we are taking steps to remove you from any communications from our staff. We will notify all staff of your request, and if necessary block the ability to send to your email address on our server.

Information obtained during registration for Webinars

During your registration for a webinar, you will be asked personal information. Information requested is for our internal use only and to help insure that content we deliver to you during the presentation is relevant, and (where appropriate) tailored to your needs. We use Citrix Online and GoToWebinar for our events and registration. Citrix maintains a separate privacy policy which can be viewed at www.gotomeeting.com/en_US/island/webinar/privacy.tmpl

Protection of Children's Personal Information

GizmoFish.com is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. GizmoFish may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect the company or others.
